eMagine Solutions is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated Delivery Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This role is perfect for individuals with a keen eye for talent, strong research skills, and a data-driven approach to recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Sourcing & Deep Dive Search: Proactively identify and attract high-caliber professionals using Boolean search, AI-driven sourcing tools, and industry databases.
  2. Candidate Management: Build and nurture relationships, conduct in-depth screening calls, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
  3. Market Intelligence Research: Analyze hiring trends, competitor activity, and talent movements to provide strategic insights.
  4. Data & Technology Utilization: Use CRM, ATS, and recruitment automation tools to streamline workflows, track engagement, and improve efficiency.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants and hiring managers to align candidate pipelines with business needs.
  6. Process Optimization: Continuously improve sourcing strategies, database management, and reporting processes for better talent acquisition outcomes.
What You Bring
  • Experience in recruitment delivery, talent sourcing, or executive search.
  • Expertise in Boolean search, X-ray sourcing, and advanced candidate mapping techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and hiring metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Manatal, or Greenhouse.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
