You will manage technology consulting engagements for financial services clients, including solution design and implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with Chief Experience Officers (CXOs) and key Technology decision-makers to understand their IT transformation needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.
You will develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans for financial services clients.
You will demonstrate problem-solving skills and a structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology problems, leveraging industry best practices and methodologies.
You will strengthen the firm's knowledge base by codifying learnings from projects and sharing knowledge with your teams.
You will chart your own development journey by attending formal training programs, working with inspiring partners, and focusing on your areas of passion.

Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related field, with an outstanding academic record
- 2+ years of business/private sector experience, with a proven record of achievements and a drive for personal growth; international experience is a plus
- Experience in Financial Services in areas such as banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance is beneficial
- Experience in technology and digital advisory and implementation is a plus, including IT transformation, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and data transformation
- Strong understanding of business and technical aspects of technology/digital transformations within financial services
- Proven ability to define and implement digital and technology strategies aligned with client goals
- Experience in strategic initiatives within financial organizations, including process re-engineering, technology adoption, and cultural change management
- Ability to manage and deliver small to medium projects successfully
- Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills with a high level of client service commitment
- Ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective communication skills in English and Arabic
- Willingness to travel within the Kingdom
