• Communicate assertively yet professionally with debtors to negotiate payment plans that align with both parties' capabilities.
• Analyze debtor financial situations to propose realistic repayment options, demonstrating empathy while maintaining company policies.
• Collaborate with legal teams to prepare documentation for court proceedings when necessary, ensuring all cases are adequately represented.

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in collections or customer service to demonstrate proficiency in managing client relationships.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an asset, facilitating communication with a diverse clientele and expanding recovery opportunities.
