We are recruitinga Debt Collections Executive for our client,based out of their Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Debt Collection:

• Initiate outbound calls to discuss overdue payments and convince them to make the necessary payments towards their overdue payments.

2. Negotiation & Settlement:

• Negotiate settlements for closure of liability
• Offer solutions and adjustments to assist customers in resolving their debts while meeting collection objectives.

3. Record Management:

• Log every contact attempt, including details of the conversation and outcomes.
• Remove settled debts and deceased individuals from records by company policies.
• Update customer records when debts are satisfied or agreements are reached.

4. Customer Interaction:

• Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to their accounts and payment status.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in collections roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional approach.
• Proficiency in using basic office applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Knowledge of collections processes and relevant regulations is advantageous.
