The Opportunity

As part of the Contracts Management team, you manage various aspects of a business transaction, including sourcing, diligence, TSA setup and execution, through to deal close.

As a Senior Manager, you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success.

You lead and train teams in managing client engagements, creating proposals, and fostering positive working relationships with clients.

  • Lead large-scale projects and drive strategic initiatives.
What You Must Have
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems, or Statistics.
  • 7 years of experience.
What Sets You Apart
  • Master's Degree.
  • Demonstrated use of analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, SQL.
  • Proven data manipulation and technical skills.
  • Experience managing aspects of a business transaction.
  • Understanding industry-specific business processes and accounting practices.
  • Analytical, strategic thinking, and sound business judgment.
  • Managing multiple engagement teams and priorities.
  • Creating proposals and engaging in business development activities.

Additional qualifications include: a paralegal and/or legal background, database and programming certifications such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, etc.
