The Opportunity

As part of the Contracts Management team, you review client contracts and understand the business transaction environment.

As an Associate, you focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.

You manage multiple engagements, stakeholder expectations, and build relationships with clients.

  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel (intermediate to advanced preferred), Tableau, PowerBI, SQL
  • Proven experience in data analysis, storytelling with data, and data manipulation
  • Understanding of the business transaction environment
  • Experience reviewing client contracts with vendors and customers
  • Experience reviewing contract terms and conditions
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills
