Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Program Manager Direct Current for Data Center (DC for DC) in the EMEA region. The role orchestrates Eaton’s end-to-end data center electrical solution portfolio across hyperscale and colocation customers, aligning product development, architectures, and customer engagements across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10–15 years in power systems, electrical infrastructure, or data center tech roles.
• Proven experience with hyperscale and/or colocation data centers.
• Background in R&D, advanced engineering, or complex technical program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DC for DC EMEA program across multiple Eaton divisions.
• Define governance, milestones, budgets, risks, and escalation for the program.
• Coordinate roadmaps across divisions to ensure architectural coherence.
• Engage with hyperscale and colocation customers to gather requirements and validate architectures.
• Deliver structured program dashboards and executive summaries for leadership.
• Identify gaps, overlaps, or misalignments and drive corrective actions.
