Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with expertise in data integration, advanced analytics, and AI-driven insights. The candidate will design and implement data-driven solutions to transform raw data into actionable intelligence across our enterprise. This role requires hands-on experience with integration tools, modern analytics platforms, and AI technologies to expand data capabilities and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop data pipelines and integration workflows using Oracle GoldenGate, Oracle Data Integration, and Informatica.
2. Manage large volumes of structured and unstructured data using Oracle Autonomous Database and other platforms.
3. Create and maintain scalable data models with industry-standard tools.
4. Develop dashboards and visualizations using Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, and Tableau.
5. Apply AI/ML techniques to enhance data insights and generate predictive and prescriptive analytics.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into analytics solutions.
7. Ensure data quality, governance, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
8. Stay updated with the latest in data science, integration, and analytics technologies.
9. Generate insights to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
10. Implement data-driven behavioral nudges in user dashboards to manage fraud.
11. Apply AI and behavioral science to enhance online platform experiences and reduce operational inefficiencies.
12. Conduct field experiments and usability testing to improve revenue and customer satisfaction.
13. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate, Oracle Data Integration, and Informatica.
14. Proficiency in Oracle Autonomous Database and cloud data warehousing.
15. Experience with data modeling tools like Erwin or Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler.
16. Expertise in BI tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau.
17. Solid foundation in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) with deployment experience.
18. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years in data science or data engineering roles.
• Oracle certifications in Data Integration or Analytics.
• Experience with data lakes, catalogs, and metadata management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as OCI, Azure, or AWS.
