Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a data scientist to collaborate with the Data Science team and business units in Dubai. The role involves building analytical solutions that create tangible impact and developing predictive indicators, ML models, and AI applications for pricing, credit, and fraud prevention.

You will monitor production solutions and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs. The candidate should bring a strong foundation in statistics and ML, Python and SQL fluency, excellent analytical

Responsibilities

• Work with the Data Science team and business areas to develop analytical solutions that generate real impact

• Support continuous monitoring and evolution of production solutions to ensure they meet stakeholder needs

Requirements

• Strong conceptual and practical foundation in statistics and Machine Learning algorithms
• Technical fluency in Python and SQL
• Strong analytical capacity and intellectual curiosity
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Proactive and organized profile with a high willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic or professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning projects
• Mastery of Python data ecosystem libraries
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Experience with Cloud Computing environments
• Interest or experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Knowledge of financial/operational topics such as credit, fraud, pricing, supply chain, or logistics
