About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Data Scientist to join the Ads Data Science team of one of our top global clients. In this role, you’ll apply advanced data science and machine learning techniques to improve ad targeting, measurement, and optimization at scale. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and analysts to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable business impact.

This is a long-term engagement (12–18 months), fully remote, and offers competitive compensation for experienced data professionals.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and apply data science models to improve the adoption and performance of advertising platforms.
  • Leverage experimentation and causal inference to evaluate and enhance ads performance.
  • Work with large-scale datasets to generate insights, build predictive models, and drive data-driven product decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to define metrics, design experiments, and build scalable solutions.
Requirements
  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, causal inference, and A / B testing.
  • Hands‑on experience with large‑scale data systems such as Spark, Hadoop, or Hive (BigQuery is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Python or R with libraries such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Excellent SQL and data analysis skills.
Nice‑to‑Have
  • Experience working in large companies handling very large datasets.
  • Background in online advertising or ad tech domains.
