Data Scientist

We are looking for an analytical and results-driven Data Scientist to transform complex data into actionable insights. Based in the UAE, the role will support data-driven decision-making by applying machine learning, statistical analysis, and data modeling to solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources
2. Develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics
3. Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends and patterns
4. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and data strategies
5. Visualize data and present insights using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
6. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate models into workflows
7. Monitor model performance and update algorithms as needed
8. Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with data governance policies
9. Document processes, methodologies, and findings in clear technical reports
10. Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, and data science tools and techniques

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
2. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data science or analytics roles
3. Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and relevant machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
4. Strong knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and algorithm design
5. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
6. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is an advantage
7. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
9. Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus
