We are seeking a Data Scientist to support our business with data-driven insights and advanced analytics solutions. This role is responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Build, test, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms for business use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, marketing, and operations.
• Design and implement A / B tests and evaluate their impact.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Assist in improving data pipelines, workflows, and model deployment strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data science.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data science or analytics role
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling
• Strong SQL and NoSQL skills for querying large datasets
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn, or Plotly
• Familiarity with computer vision libraries and NLP / LLM principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Exposure to MLOps practices or model deployment pipelines
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow
