Job summary

ALTEN in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Data Scientist / AI Scientist to design, develop and deploy advanced AI solutions. The role focuses on ML/DL models, end-to-end pipelines, and collaboration with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years of experience, a master's in CS/AI, strong Python, ML, MLOps, and hands-on with TensorFlow or PyTorch, SQL/NoSQL, and production ML delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Data Science or AI roles.
• Experience designing and deploying ML/DL models in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data collection to production deployment and monitoring.
• Participate in technical workshops to understand business needs and propose AI solutions.
• Develop scalable, secure AI solutions for complex operational environments.
• Communicate findings and business value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Follow best practices in MLOps, cybersecurity, data privacy, and ethical AI.

We're Hiring: Data Scientist / AI Scientist | Abu Dhabi, UAE

Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and building AI solutions that solve real-world challenges? We're looking for an experienced Data / AI Scientist to join an innovative AI team and contribute to the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience: 5-7+ years

Qualification: Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines, from data collection and feature engineering to production deployment and monitoring.
• Participate in technical workshops to understand business needs and propose tailored AI solutions.
• Develop scalable, secure, and reliable AI solutions for complex operational environments.
• Communicate technical findings, model performance, and business value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Follow best practices in MLOps, cybersecurity, data privacy, and ethical AI.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistics.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Understanding of RAG and MCP principles.
• Practical experience with MLOps, MLflow, Docker, GitLab, CI/CD, and production ML deployment.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database technologies, with exposure to NoSQL.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Jira, Agile, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Sonar.
• Experience with client-facing technical workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of data security, privacy, and sovereignty requirements is an advantage.
