You will oversee the company’s data protection strategy and ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations. Responsibilities

• 1) Develop, implement, and maintain data protection and privacy policies
• 2) Monitor compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations
• 3) Conduct internal data audits and risk assessments
• 4) Advise management and staff on privacy obligations
• 5) Handle data subject access requests and breach incidents
• 6) Maintain records of processing activities and data flows
• 7) Liaise with regulatory bodies and legal advisors when necessary
• 8) Provide privacy training and awareness across departments

Qualifications

• 1) Bachelor’s degree in Law, IT, or related field
• 2) Minimum 5 years of experience in a data privacy or compliance role
• 3) Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO), CIPP/E, or similar is required
• 4) Deep knowledge of GDPR, DIFC, and ADGM privacy frameworks

• 6) Attention to detail with sound risk assessment ability
