Job description

Job Title: Data Management and School Software Coordinator

Job Overview:

The school currently has just under 700 students enrolled, with numbers expected to increase to approximately 1,060 in the upcoming academic year, on a trajectory towards a maximum capacity of 1,800 students.

Responsibilities:
  1. Development, Management, and Maintenance of Data Systems:
    • Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and development of data systems (MIS & CRM).
    • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in line with school policies.
    • Provide technical support and training for staff on systems such as iSAMS and OpenApply.
  2. Management of School Software:
    • Maintain educational software platforms like Kerboodle and Renaissance Place.
    • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate updates with providers.
  3. Management of External Assessments:
    • Manage access to assessments like GL Assessments, CAT4, NGRT.
    • Book assessments, generate logins, and ensure timely administration.
  4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Generate and analyze assessment data reports.
    • Provide feedback to departments and share data with stakeholders.
    • Prepare statistical reports and upload data to KHDA portal as required.
  5. Academic Reporting:
    • Prepare student reports including attendance and punctuality.
    • Coordinate distribution of reports to students and parents.
  6. Administrative Support:
    • Assist with administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
    • Participate in meetings and professional development.
    • Lead department planning and progress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Management, or related field.
  • Experience in data management, preferably in UAE education.
  • Proficiency in school MIS, CRM, and educational software.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with KHDA data and student progress management is preferred.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work under pressure.

Note: The role may include additional duties as assigned by school management.
