Job description

We are looking for a Data Manager to join our team and lead the organization analysis and reporting of critical business data.
This role requires a highly analytical and detail-driven professional with a strong background in data management, analytics, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be experienced in working with large datasets using modern data tools and platforms and turning complex information into clear actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Analysis

1. Oversee the collection, storage, organization, and maintenance of company data across systems.

2. Develop and implement efficient data management processes including data cleaning and validation.

3. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.

4. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Collaboration & Reporting

1. Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to define data needs and deliver insights.

2. Translate business questions into data queries and provide data-backed recommendations.

3. Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

4. Train and support internal teams in accessing and interpreting data as needed.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Data Manager, Data Analyst, or similar role in data-focused environments.

2. Strong background in data analytics, data visualization, and statistical analysis.

3. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

4. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, cloud data platforms (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake), and ETL processes.

5. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

6. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects.

7. Effective communication skills to explain data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

8. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Salary Range and Benefits:

Salary Range: 3000 AED - 3500 AED (based on experience and qualifications).
We provide medical insurance as per UAE law, visa sponsorship, training support, and additional benefits (subject to the applicant).

Work Arrangement:

This is a full-time onsite position with no remote or hybrid work options. Candidates must be available to work from the designated location.
