Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior data governance leader in Dubai to drive the enterprise-wide data governance and AI readiness strategy within a major financial services organization. You will lead governance, classification, stewardship, and quality across a sophisticated investment platform.

This role partners with Technology, Compliance and Information Security to ensure data protection, access governance, regulatory compliance, and the adoption of automation and AI-enabled governance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data governance within financial services.
• Experience implementing enterprise-wide data governance and quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, classification, stewardship, and management of enterprise data assets.
• Develop metadata, data catalogues, lineage, and business definitions to improve transparency and control.
• Establish data quality standards and remediation processes.
• Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, and Information Security on data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled governance solutions.
