DataOne is seeking a Data & ERP Manager to lead ERP strategy, governance, and analytics across the organization. You will own the ERP roadmap, ensure data integrity, and drive reporting capabilities for management and operations.

The role requires strong collaboration with finance, operations, and IT teams, plus experience in multi-entity environments. Based in Dubai, the position emphasizes data quality and scalable automation.

Qualifications

• Master’s or equivalent with focus on information systems or data.
• Minimum 5 years in ERP management, data governance, or related fields.
• Experience in multi-entity or international environments preferred.
• Proven ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERP platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead data governance, master data management, and quality controls.
• Design integrations between ERP and finance, HR, and operations systems.
• Build reporting layer with dashboards and KPIs for management.
• Coordinate with IT, finance, and business teams to drive automation.
