Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Accurately input, update, and verify data into company databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems.
  • Review and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Maintain, organize, and update both digital and physical records.
  • Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
  • Cross-check data with original documents, contracts, or project files to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Support project teams with documentation and data management tasks.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of company and client information.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role (preferably within the construction/engineering industry).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data management software.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
