- We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrator to join easy, a revolutionary full delivery platform in the UAE.
- The Administrator will be responsible for managing data entry tasks, maintaining accurate business partner records, supporting daily administrative functions, and ensuring smooth operations of the platform.
- This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, data management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate must be comfortable handling large volumes of data, coordinating between teams, and assisting with general administrative tasks to ensure seamless business operations.
Data Entry & System Management
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain Business Partner information, product listings, pricing, and promotions on the easy platform.
- Ensure all menu items, service details, and images are correctly uploaded for Business Partners.
- Verify and validate all data entries to maintain accuracy and consistency within the system.
- Perform routine checks to detect and correct errors in listings or partner profiles.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries related to platform updates and data entry requests.
- Assist Business Partners with registration, onboarding, and system troubleshooting.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to resolve Business Partner issues efficiently.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and tracking performance metrics related to platform activity.
Content & Listing Management
- Regularly update restaurant menus, product catalogs, service descriptions, and promotions.
- Ensure that all images, descriptions, and pricing details meet company quality standards.
- Liaise with Business Partners to collect up-to-date product and pricing information for their listings.
- Monitor inactive or outdated listings and take necessary action to update or remove them.
Process & Compliance Management
- Ensure that all uploaded data complies with easy App’s policies and guidelines.
- Follow strict data security and confidentiality measures to protect sensitive Business Partner and customer information.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry and administration.
System Improvements & Support
- Provide recommendations for optimizing data entry processes and improving efficiency.
- Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and report any technical issues related to the platform.
- Support in testing new platform features, updates, and integrations before deployment.
General Office & Team Support
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining records.
- Handle general office tasks such as document filing, inventory tracking, and supply ordering.
- Support the HR team in maintaining and organizing employee documents as needed.
