Data Entry Assistant – Odoo

About the Role:

We, at EVS Electric Vehicle Services are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have excellent typing speed, accuracy, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 4,000 - 4,500

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain inventory records in Odoo ERP and other related systems
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all inventory records
• Perform regular data audits and quality checks
• Generate inventory reports and assist with stock management
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory data

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience with inventory management on ERP systems, preferably Odoo (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data/inventory record management software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good typing speed
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English & Hindi
