Data Entry / Accounts Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry / Accounts Clerk to join our team in Shabiya 12, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles and experience with Tally ERP. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Maintain and update financial records using Tally software
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate documentation
• Support the accounting team with various clerical tasks
• Handle incoming and outgoing financial correspondence
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Job Requirements

• Experience: One to two years of relevant work experience in data entry, accounts, bookkeeping, or a related field
• Software knowledge: Proficiency in using Tally software is required
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is a plus
• Skills:
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Excellent data entry and Excel skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
