VAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for its UAE operations to handle data entry in bank systems, maintain records, and support administrative tasks. The role involves entering, updating and verifying information, and preparing simple spreadsheets and reports.

The position requires a Diploma or approved qualification certificate, basic MS Word/Excel skills, good English, and attention to detail. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with immediate joining and potential banking

• Perform routine data entry and administrative tasks.
• Maintain electronic and physical records and filing systems.
• Scan, upload and organize supporting documents.
• Verify entered information against source documents to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare basic Excel spreadsheets and administrative reports when required.
• Perform other routine clerical duties as assigned by the department.

Minimum Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or Approved qualification certificate)
• University degree or professional certification is optional.
• Basic computer literacy, particularly MS Word and Excel.
• Good typing skills and attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills.
• Fresh candidates with no previous work experience are welcome to apply.
• Previous administrative or data entry experience would be an advantage.
• Banking experience would be appreciated if possible.
