Job Responsibilities

• Update and maintain accurate customer information within our database.
• Organize and manage data related to orders, deliveries, and customer interactions.
• Review, verify, and correct outdated or incomplete records.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data integrity.
• Input text and numerical data with precision and attention to detail.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Ensure all data entry tasks are completed efficiently, identifying and correcting any errors.
• Assist the customer service team by managing data and supporting customer inquiries when necessary.
• Oversee customer data across various systems and channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
