The role focuses on designing scalable data pipelines, building automated workflows with Alteryx, SQL, and Python, and supporting reserving, pricing, and profitability analysis with robust data solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Data Engineering or analytics roles.
• Strong SQL, Python, and data modeling skills.
• Experience with BI tools and data warehousing concepts.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for actuarial and insurance data.
• Build and automate data workflows using Alteryx, SQL, and Python.
• Support actuarial functions including reserving, pricing, profitability analysis, and portfolio monitoring through data solutions.
• Integrate data from policy administration, claims, finance, and other systems.
• Improve data quality, governance, and controls across actuarial processes.
• Partner with actuaries, underwriters, finance, and IT to deliver analytics.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention.
• Support data visualization and reporting through Power BI and BI tools.
