Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Data Tech Lead to join our team and support the Customer 360 initiative. This role requires strong expertise in data engineering, analytics, and platform management to help build a unified, accurate, and actionable view of our customers.

The selected candidate will work extensively on Amperity's Customer Data Platform, focusing on data ingestion, transformation, custom report creation, enhancement of customer attributes, and ensuring data integrity in daily runs. This position also requires hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift, SQL, Tableau, and Apache Spark, along with a solid understanding of modern data platforms and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines within Amperity and other platforms
• Analyze, enrich, and transform customer data to support analytics, segmentation, and reporting needs
• Create and manage advanced dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar BI tools
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of data issues identified in daily batch processes
• Optimize Redshift data warehouse performance, manage schema design and query performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Implement and manage data governance, quality checks, and validation frameworks
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data engineers and analysts
