Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Product Owner to lead bug fixes, enhancements, and new releases across core systems and digital products. You will work with technology and business stakeholders to align requirements with capabilities and drive measurable outcomes.

You will leverage automation, analytics, and data models to improve user experience and decision-making, while ensuring data quality and scalable solutions. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years as Product Owner/Manager in technology or data-driven products.
• Proven track record with roadmaps, upgrades, and UAT.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with Python, R, Tableau, Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into roadmaps and ensure adoption.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and guide test scenarios.
• Monitor usage and feedback to improve usability and adoption.
• Define and track key product KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Drive automation and data-driven enhancements with models and ML.
• Collaborate with analysts and tech teams on data quality and integrity.
• Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and change management.
