AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Technical Director – Data Centres to lead technical excellence across Data Centre projects in the Middle East. The role drives governance, innovation and digital delivery while guiding design, risk management and multidisciplinary collaboration.

You will mentor teams, engage clients, and contribute to market growth by shaping sector strategy and thought leadership within a leading international consultancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Master's degree is desirable.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the highest level of technical authority for Data Centre projects.
• Provide strategic technical direction for hyperscale, colocation, enterprise and edge Data Centre developments.
• Review and approve major engineering strategies, design philosophies and technical solutions.
• Lead resolution of complex technical challenges and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ensure designs meet resilience, energy efficiency and maintainability targets.
