We support servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling to ensure continuous access to innovation for our customers. We work on challenging problems with many variables affecting supply chain and are seeking talented individuals to join our team.

You will join a diverse team of engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. Your collaboration will help us uphold the highest standards of safety and security, providing extensive capacity at low cost, within an inclusive culture that encourages bold ideas and ownership.

As a Data Center Facility Manager, your responsibilities include:
  • Engineering operations and maintenance across the Amazon availability zone.
  • Leading a team of engineers responsible for 100% availability of mechanical and electrical services.
  • Risk management, mitigation, and maintenance of critical infrastructure.
  • Vendor management and metrics reporting.
Key job responsibilities:
  • Oversee build-out of facility-specific infrastructure.
  • Manage onsite technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to AWS practices.
  • Ensure systems' availability and conduct financial analysis for decision-making.
  • Develop and lead engineering teams, ensuring high performance.
  • Negotiate contracts, define, and audit SLAs.
  • Manage projects across multiple sites.
  • Make business decisions based on departmental understanding.
  • Coordinate with IT and business leaders to optimize safety, capacity, and efficiency.
  • Operate and manage critical systems such as switchgear, generators, UPS, and power distribution equipment.
