Job summary

Egis Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior electrical engineer to act as discipline lead on selected projects, delivering high quality discipline design aligned with client requirements. You will spearhead MEP for small to medium projects and coordinate across design teams to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will apply BIM and CAD tools, manage design reporting, and liaise with architects, structural engineers, PMs, and QS while embedding health and safety into every workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Electrical Engineering with 10–15 years of experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead discipline design on projects.
• Experience with BIM, CAD tools and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Act as discipline lead on selected projects delivering high quality electrical/MEP designs.
• Lead MEP for small to medium projects and ensure QA/QC of designs.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, PMs, and QS.
• Prepare design presentations and reports; accompany external meetings.
• Ensure health & safety is embedded in all work practices.
