Job summary

Caliberly Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Data & BI Analyst to join a growing technology team in Dubai. You will analyze data, build dashboards, and partner with product and quality teams to track KPIs and ensure data quality across systems like Tableau and Snowflake.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Managers, owners, and quality teams to interpret metrics, refine data models, and deliver actionable insights for business growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Strong SQL and comfort with large, complex datasets.
• Hands-on Tableau experience: dashboard design, calculated fields, performance optimisation.
• Experience with a modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, or similar).
• Solid grasp of data modelling, dimensional modelling, star schemas, grain, handling change over time.
• Scripting for data work in Python, dbt, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Analyse quality metrics with Quality dept, identify trends, and support root-cause investigations with data.
• Partner with Product Managers and Owners to define, track, and interpret KPIs across our products.
• Review, refactor, and clean up technical debt across Tableau dashboards, Snowflake models, and Salesforce reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards covering office operations, application health, and web traffic.
• Define and document data models, report logic, KPI definitions, data ownership, and agreed sources of truth.

We are looking for an experienced Data & BI Analyst to join clients growing technology team in Dubai.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
• Strong SQL, and genuine comfort with large, complex datasets.
• Hands-on Tableau experience: dashboard design, calculated fields, performance optimisation.
• Experience with a modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, or similar).
• Solid grasp of data modelling, dimensional modelling, star schemas, grain, handling change over time. You'll be rebuilding models, not just querying them.
• Scripting for data work in Python, dbt, or equivalent. Enough to work with APIs, automate reconciliation, and move data when no tool exists to do it for you.
