Job summary

Tandem Interim in Dubai seeks a Data Quality Analyst on a 12-month contract to safeguard the accuracy, consistency and reliability of data across dashboards, reports and digital interfaces including web and mobile apps.

You will validate dashboards, perform data reconciliation between source systems and reporting outputs, verify KPIs and controls, and support UAT with BI, analytics and data engineering teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in data quality, analytics, or reporting assurance roles.
• Strong SQL skills for reconciliation, validation, and data comparison.
• Experience with BI and reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Quality Analyst for a 12 month contract based in Dubai, with experience in the banking or financial services sector, to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data presented through dashboards, reports, and digital interfaces, including web and mobile applications.
