Reporting to the Marketing Business Partner, the Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for transforming data into strategic insights, enabling data-driven marketing and business decisions. This role serves as the central point for customer and brand insight, ensuring that research and data directly inform marketing campaigns, customer strategy, and executive decision-making.
Job Accountabilities
As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Insight Generation & Research Management: Lead key insight programs including Relationship Net Promoter Score (R-NPS), global brand surveys, and brand awareness/consideration tracking. Analyze qualitative and quantitative research to identify actionable trends and customer behavior drivers. Manage both global and local research projects, ensuring alignment with Group Insights methodologies. Maintain the accuracy, relevance, and strategic value of all data and insight outputs.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Translate complex data into compelling narratives through presentations, reports, and dashboards. Regularly present insights to EXCO, marketing, sales, and CX teams. Share key findings via internal updates such as email briefs, town halls, and marketing meetings.
- Strategic Impact & Business Alignment: Support marketing teams in applying insights to improve campaign design and execution. Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer-facing functions to embed insights into decision-making. Promote a customer-first culture by demonstrating how insights contribute to growth metrics and the CEO scorecard.
- Internal Leadership and Capability Building: Influence how the organization values and utilizes data by demonstrating business impact. Stay current on research tools, trends, and methodologies. Contribute to building a sustainable, insight-driven culture within marketing.
Job Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Functional Skills: Ability to analyze customer and brand data (e.g., NPS, brand tracking) and translate into actionable insights. Experience with survey design and analysis using tools like Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey. Skills in creating dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. Understanding of customer needs and stakeholder communication. Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Ability to tell stories with data to influence strategies.
- Cross-Functional Skills: Strategic communication, storytelling, data analysis and visualization, business acumen, critical thinking, project management, collaboration, and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
- Qualifications & Experience: UAE National Passport and Family Book. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Behavioral Sciences, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in marketing insights, research, or data analytics. Familiarity with survey tools like Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey. Basic experience with data visualization tools. Ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
