Job Title: Data Analytics Application Developer

Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Data Analytics Application Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating and analyzing complex data sets from both SAP and non-SAP systems, transforming them into actionable business insights through interactive reports and dashboards. Your contributions will span the full solution lifecycle—from gathering requirements and designing scalable data models to implementing robust reporting processes and providing ongoing support.

Required Skills:

• Deep expertise in BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Advanced knowledge of data preparation platforms like Alteryx.
• Experience in building analytical pipelines for big data, relational, and non-relational databases.
• Proven background in cloud-based analytics architecture and development.
• Strong reverse engineering capabilities from reports to data sources.
• Proficient in integrating data from multiple sources, including on-premise and cloud systems.
• Adept at analyzing unstructured data sets and deriving valuable insights.
• Expert-level SQL skills, including query writing, debugging, and optimization.
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and highly organized.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics or insights-driven roles within fast-paced environments.
• Mandatory certifications in Power BI and/or Alteryx.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Scala is a plus.
• Certification in Azure Data Engineering or Cloud Fundamentals is highly desirable.
