Job summary

DataOne is seeking a Data & ERP Manager in Dubai to lead the ERP program, governance, and analytics. You will steer the ERP roadmap, ensure data quality, and align operations with reporting requirements across finance, procurement, inventory, and HR. Strong collaboration with IT and business units is essential.

The role emphasizes delivering reliable dashboards, governance standards, and automated data flows while supporting multi-entity needs and GDPR-equivalent considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP management, ERP implementation, or data management.
• Proven experience leading ERP implementations, migrations, or major upgrades.
• Strong ability to translate business processes into ERP solutions.
• Experience in multi-entity or international environments preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the functional and technical ERP roadmap.
• Oversee ERP upgrades, migrations, and versioning.
• Lead configuration across modules: finance, purchasing, inventory, sales, projects, HR.
• Define master data governance, data quality, and security controls.
• Design and maintain data integrations and automated workflows.
• Develop reporting and analytics dashboards to support leadership decisions.
• Ensure data protection compliance and governance across entities.
