About the Role

As a D&A Analytics Associate, your role will include:

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing client data and business processes to identify opportunities for data-enabled audit procedures
  • Collaborating with audit teams to design and execute data analytics tailored to audit objectives
  • Extracting, cleansing, and transforming large data sets from client ERP systems using SQL-based tools
  • Creating clear, well-documented workflows in tools such as Alteryx to support repeatable and scalable analytics
  • Developing intuitive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to present insights to engagement teams and clients
  • Preparing concise documentation of procedures performed, results obtained, and observations noted
  • Engaging in continuous learning to keep pace with evolving tools, audit methodologies, and industry trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a data analytics or audit support role

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL and MySQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx for building and automating workflows
  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI (or similar BI tools such as Tableau) for data visualization
  • Ability to understand business processes and relate data patterns to audit risks and controls
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with audit teams and clients
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment
  • Exposure to financial audit or basic accounting concepts is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelors / Masters in MIS or Data Analytics
