Job description

JOB PURPOSE:

Gather and analyze data from internal and external sources, and prepare reports for the Director to support the enhancement of monitoring and enforcement activities within the department.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Contribute to the review and development of business impact analysis and business continuity plans.
2. Identify suitable data visualization tools and collaborate with relevant entities to implement them within the department.
3. Provide suggestions and recommendations to improve procedures, develop work mechanisms, and support assigned initiatives.
4. Regularly review and analyze data, and present reports, insights, and trends to the Director to aid decision-making in monitoring and enforcement processes.
5. Adhere strictly to Information Security data sharing guidelines for all internal and external data transfers.
6. Continuously review and audit inspection and enforcement methodologies, plans, and reports to ensure compliance, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
