Job summary

Global Hotel Alliance is seeking a Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights across its network. You will work with stakeholders to define data needs, build dashboards, and deliver clear reports that support decision-making in a fast-paced hospitality context.

The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on data analysis experience, strong SQL and Power BI skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively. Familiarity with Python is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Statistics/Math or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on data analysis, reporting, or BI.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into technical specs.
• Analyze data using SQL and BI tools to identify trends and create visualizations.
• Ensure data integrity by cleansing and organizing datasets from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports; participate in end-to-end data projects.
• Support data literacy across the organization to enable self-serve analytics.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies with Stakeholders and Data Engineers.
• Assist senior analysts on ad-hoc projects and prepare presentation decks.
• Document processes and findings for transparency.
