Job summary

Kempinski Hotels is seeking a Project Manager & Data Analyst to translate complex digital performance data into actionable insights. You will coordinate cross-functional projects, produce executive-ready reporting, and ensure data tells a story that guides business decisions across the organization.

As the analytical backbone of the digital team, you’ll design dashboards, monitor KPIs with Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI, and drive data-informed strategy across Revenue Management,

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in Digital, Project Management, BI or Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
• Proven project management experience with strong organisational skills.
• Understanding of digital and e-commerce KPIs across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Digital Excellence & Strategic Planning: align with digital leadership and monitor timelines.
• Cross-Functional Projects: manage digital projects across Revenue Management, Marketing, IT and hotel ops.
• Stakeholder Communication & Alignment: act as hub for digital initiatives.
• Digital Performance: design and deliver regular performance updates to stakeholders.
• Analytics & Visualization: own dashboards and reporting tools, real-time visibility of KPIs.
• Data Integrity & Quality Assurance: ensure accuracy across analytics platforms and tracking.
• Ad Hoc Business Support: respond to urgent data requests with speed and precision.
