Job Description

Position Overview:

Enercap Energy Holdings Limited is seeking a Data Analyst, to be part of the project fulfilment team, reporting to the Chief of Project Fulfilment. You will transform system performance data into valuable insights that support customer reporting, product improvement, case studies for commercial teams, and warranty risk analysis.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the Data Analyst, you will:

· Extract and manipulate time-series data from SCADA/BMS/EMS systems and organize for analysis.

· Design dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Plotly Dash, etc.) for internal users and external stakeholders.

· Collaborate with software/data teams to improve data quality, automate reports, and standardize metrics.

· Support the customer success team in answering technical questions with data-driven evidence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education, knowledge and experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Data Science.

· At least 1 year of experience in a data analysis, energy analytics, or industrial performance monitoring role.

· Proficiency in SQLand Python (especially for data cleaning and visualization).

· Strong data storytelling ability — comfortable presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Familiarity with performance metrics for BESS.

· Profound knowledge in the use of PowerPoint and Excel.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on data-driven tasks.
