Job summary

C3X International Couriers in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a junior data analyst for an on-site role that focuses on turning operational and sales data into actionable insights. You will build Excel reports and dashboards, automate spreadsheets, and support regular KPI reporting for management.

Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor's degree and at least two years of data analysis or BI experience; advanced Excel is required and Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of data analysis, reporting, or BI experience.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, etc.
• Power BI or other data visualization tools are a plus.
• Strong English communication; Hindi is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and automated spreadsheets.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Identify trends and areas for operational improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management meetings.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Recommend process improvements through data-driven insights.
