Role Summary:
As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets from various sources including sales, market, consumer, and category data. This role is important to build insightful, data-driven strategies that drive business growth and consumer engagement. It is key to have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience in data analysis tools, and a passion for turning raw data into actionable insights.
Key Success Drivers including Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Analyze complex datasets from multiple sources (sales, market research, consumer behavior, category performance).
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize trends and performance metrics.
Translate data into clear, compelling insights and strategic recommendations for marketing initiatives.
Assist in market segmentation, customer profiling, and identifying growth opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Category, and Product to align data insights with business objectives.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through consistent validation and quality checks.
Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed by the business. Operational Excellence: Maintain organized documentation of research, plans, and deliverables.
Stay updated on industry news, sales numbers, best practices, and emerging trends to inform strategies.
Support the Senior Manager Strategy in day-to-day tasks and project management.

Experience:
13 years of proven experience in a similar Data Analyst role Experience in a retail or consumer-focused environment is preferred Demonstrated experience in data reporting, trend analysis, and dashboard creation
Exposure to market, sales, and consumer data analytics is highly desirable
