Overview
We are seeking a Data Analyst Operations to join our AT Operations division and federated data team. While part of the AT Operations business unit, you will work closely with the companywide Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Functions. This role is responsible for analyzing and reporting on operational efficiency of Sales, Client Services, Processing, Payments, Partner Ops, and Account Opening teams across our Active Trader business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in operational data, and the ability to translate complex datasets into dashboards and insights that drive operational and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and automate regular dashboards and reports for:
- B2C and B2B Sales performance and efficiency tracking
- Customer service efficiency metrics
- Processing efficiency metrics
- Partner data and analysis including rebate checks and verifications
- Onboarding throughput and time-to-value analytics
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify KPIs and define reporting requirements
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions and operational improvements
- Create clear data visualisations and summaries for nontechnical stakeholders
- Monitor data integrity and proactively address anomalies or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with IT or data engineering where needed to ensure data availability and infrastructure support
- Identify opportunities to improve data collection, system integrations, and analytics processes
- Contribute to the development of a self-service reporting culture across departments
Qualifications
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a data analysis role within B2B/B2C Sales, Client Service Operations, and regulatory processes; ideally within FX Trading, AT Operations, FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI.
- Experience analyzing business performance metrics.
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations.
- Experience working in a federated data team structure is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
