Job summary

1inch is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead to turn complex business questions into reliable, actionable answers. You will combine AI, data analytics, data engineering, and DeFi expertise to build a scalable decision-making approach across the organization.

You will be hands-on with Dune, SQL, Python, Cursor, ClickHouse, and Airflow to create dashboards, data products and AI-enabled workflows that empower teams and leadership with trusted insights.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of DeFi and blockchain data, including DEXes, aggregators, swaps and on-chain activity.
• Expert-level Dune skills with advanced SQL; proven on-chain queries, dashboards, analyses.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Hands-on experience building and operating modern data platforms with ClickHouse and Airflow.

Responsibilities

• Shape and build a self-service data and AI platform enabling teams to ask better questions and make better decisions.
• Create intuitive ways for teams to explore trusted data using AI, NL, dashboards and interfaces.
• Build AI-enabled workflows that accelerate analysis and ground AI answers in trusted data.
• Turn complex questions into structured analyses, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Develop metrics and analytical frameworks linking user behavior, product performance, on-chain activity, and business outcomes.
• Identify trends, anomalies, opportunities and risks; establish standards for quality, dashboards and decision support.
• Design and evolve data architecture, models, pipelines, and transformations, integrating on-chain and off-chain data.
• Ensure data is accurate, well-structured, documented and accessible to people and AI systems.
