Job summary

Novonesis seeks a Head of Dairy Sales, Middle East, to lead the dairy business across GCC, Levant, Yemen, Pakistan, Iraq, and Stans. Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in a relevant scientific field.
• Extensive B2B dairy leadership experience.
• Proven growth track record with strategic customer partnerships.
• Experience leading account teams across multiple countries.
• Strong commercial acumen in planning, pricing, forecasting, and budgeting.
• CRM usage and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dairy sales organization across GCC, Levant, and adjacent regions.
• Drive growth aligned with GROW Strategy 2030 and biosolutions adoption.
• Develop and coach Key Account and Account Managers teams.
• Build strategic relationships with focus customers and distributors.
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial performance.
• Optimize route-to-market and distributor partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value.
• Champion sustainability and customer-centric innovation.
• Ensure governance, safety, and policy compliance.
• Participate in MEA Dairy Leadership Team and regional priorities.
