About the role
- We are seeking an experienced D365 SCM & WMS Consultant to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Warehouse Management System (WMS), with a proven track record of successful implementations. The ideal candidate should be present in UAE or eligible to work in UAE

Essential Functions
Lead the end-to-end implementation of D365 SCM and WMS, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practicesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for supply chain, warehouse, logistics, inventory, and procurement processesConfigure and customize D365 Supply Chain & WMS to optimize inventory management, warehouse operations, inbound / outbound logistics, and order fulfillmentDesign and implement warehouse automation solutions, including mobile device integrations, barcode scanning, and IoT-enabled logisticsWork closely with technical teams to develop integrations with third-party logistics providers (3PL), transportation management systems (TMS), and external applicationsDefine and execute data migration strategies, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to D365Provide user training, workshops, and post-implementation support to enhance system adoption and operational efficiencyIdentify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery and business continuityAct as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending best practices for supply chain optimization and warehouse efficiencyStay up to date with Microsoft updates, feature releases, and industry trends, ensuring continuous improvement in solutionsRequired Qualifications
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Dynamics AX / D365 SCM & WMS implementations, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain and warehouse managementStrong knowledge of inventory planning, demand forecasting, procurement, and logistics workflowsExperience in warehouse automation, including RFID, barcode scanning, handheld devices, and pick-pack-ship operationsDeep understanding of integration strategies with third-party logistics providers (3PL), transportation management, and e-commerce platformsExpertise in data migration, system configuration, and process optimizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvementsMicrosoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert certification preferredExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skillsExperience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics industries is a plusWe are an equal opportunity employer.
