D365 Functional Consultant O2C

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  1. Functional and technical expertise in operating and configuring Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), covering Finance and Supply Chain modules.
  2. Experience with Customer Management, Credit Control, Rebate, Pricing and Promotions, Order Management (creation, approval, picking, delivering, invoicing, returns), Collections, Dispute Management, Customer Service, Customer Profitability, Master Data, and Data Conversion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Business partnering to define requirements, designing and building solutions, user training, system testing, cutover planning and launch, hyper-care support, and system maintenance. Champion continuous improvement initiatives.

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 4 years of experience as a functional consultant in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O SCM implementation.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting enterprise projects using Pilot and Rollout approaches.
  • Experience working within the FMCG/Beverage industry.

CERTIFICATION

Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management certification.

GENERAL SKILLS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to operate effectively within a cross-functional team environment.

Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to execute activities as planned.
