Assignment Description

  1. Coordinate development of Cybersecurity and IT-OT solutions with PDE Operations team, JV, Client, Contractors, and other stakeholders.
  2. Develop and maintain a project execution Cybersecurity and IT-OT strategy/plan to meet the project organization’s needs during the project period.
  3. Ensure activities within the discipline conform to company frameworks, contract requirements, the Project Execution Plan, and relevant laws and regulations, prioritizing health and safety.
  4. Oversee contractor implementation of Cybersecurity and IT-OT solutions.
  5. Collaborate with PDE Regulatory Compliance & Verification Lead and Contractors to define and execute compliance and verification activities in Cybersecurity and IT-OT.
  6. Review and comment on contractor documents regarding accessibility, security, operability, functionality, and maintainability to meet legal, regulatory, class, flag, and contractual requirements.
  7. Verify and approve IDC comments within Cybersecurity and IT-OT engineering and respond to TQ’s or non-conformances.
  8. Prepare technical philosophies, specifications, documents, and drawings to clearly define scope of work.
  9. Participate in work pack reviews and ensure completeness of scope definition in Cybersecurity and IT-OT areas.
  10. Engage in design reviews, HAZID’s, HAZOP’s, and other safety studies as required.
  11. Report delays or design failures to the EICT lead and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  12. Participate in meetings, audits, and inspections worldwide.
  13. Coordinate with AIC DIGIT management to align with Altera IT and OT architecture requirements.
  14. Contribute lessons learned to PDE Project Management.
  15. Close out Technical Queries and Action Tracker items in PIMS or MOM.
  16. Work closely with other disciplines in the Project Management Team and call upon resources as needed.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager & EICT Lead.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, IT, or equivalent.
  2. At least 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, IT, OT, network management, and data protection.
  3. Recent experience in similar roles on UK North Sea projects; familiarity with DNV-RP-G108 and OG86 guidelines is advantageous.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills applicable to multidisciplinary project teams.
  5. Experience in Middle East/Southeast Asian shipyards is a plus.
  6. Organized, systematic, and flexible.
  7. Fluent in written and verbal English.
