As the CyberSecurity Change Adoption Manager, you will:
Provide trusted cybersecurity advisory services, delivering strategic insights and risk-based recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Develop tailored cybersecurity risk reduction strategies by analysing security postures, identifying improvement opportunities, and enhancing cybersecurity maturity across internal departments and group businesses.
Drive the implementation of cybersecurity solutions in collaboration with technical teams to ensure they are robust, scalable, and industry aligned.
Lead the planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of cybersecurity service rollouts and adoption across group businesses.
Manage the adoption of the cybersecurity services portfolio, ensuring it aligns with business needs, drives performance improvements, and evolves with changing risks.
Establish frameworks to measure and communicate the value of cybersecurity services, ensuring stakeholders understand their benefits and impact.
Optimise operational efficiency through process improvements, strategic planning, and continuous service enhancement.
Embed cybersecurity services within business processes, ensuring seamless adoption and alignment with organisational objectives.
Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity service delivery.
Monitor emerging threats, industry trends, and technological advancements to enhance cybersecurity offerings and maintain resilience.
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (master's preferred).
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent is highly desirable.
8+ yrs in Cybersecurity service management, advisory, or adoption-focused roles.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity solutions and service portfolios.
Knowledge/skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, risk management, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex cybersecurity projects.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with a talent for translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to align cybersecurity initiatives with business strategy.
Experience in driving cybersecurity adoption, service rollouts, and value realization within a large-scale technology or cybersecurity environment.
