Job summary

Antal International in Dubai seeks an experienced Cyber Security Manager to build, lead and scale a multi-tier SOC within a regulated financial services environment.

This leadership role owns SOC performance, platform strategy and team development, requiring 8–12 years in cybersecurity and CISSP or CISM certification. You will report to executives, drive maturity improvements and guide vendors in a dynamic UAE market.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Minimum 3 years leading a SOC or security operations team.
• CISSP or CISM certification required.
• Familiarity with SOC-CMM maturity frameworks is advantageous.
• Experience reporting security metrics to board-level or C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Own SOC performance metrics, shift models, escalation paths and continuous improvement programs
• Manage SIEM, EDR and SOAR platform strategy, vendor evaluation and technology roadmap

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager to build, lead and scale a multi-tier security operations function within a regulated financial services environment in Dubai. This is a leadership hire for professionals with 8 to 12 years of cybersecurity experience who can own SOC performance, platform strategy and team development.

• Proven experience reporting security metrics to board-level or C-suite stakeholders
• Understanding of UAE financial sector regulatory requirements
• Strong people management, talent development and vendor management track record
• Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel), EDR and SOAR tools
